Modalities of Therapy:
In our ongoing mission to cater to all patrons, we have adapted multiple therapy options that we believe will make our services even more accessible and diverse:
- In Person Sessions:
In our in-person therapy or physiotherapy sessions, we create a personalised and supportive environment where you can openly discuss your concerns and receive expert guidance from our highly trained sexologists and physios.
- Online (via Video or Phone):
Our online therapy sessions provide convenient and accessible options for remote counselling. Whether through video calls or phone conversations, you can connect with our experienced therapists from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
- Typed Messaging Therapy:
We acknowledge that opening up about deeply personal issues can sometimes feel intimidating. To offer an alternative, less confrontational form of communication, we’re offering 50-minute typed messaging therapy sessions. With this innovative approach, you can engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home or any private space that suits you.
- 30-Minute Sessions:
These sessions, designed by our experienced therapist Aleeya, are aimed at new patients who may not require a full therapy session but still seek guidance and advice. These could also be incredibly beneficial for practitioners seeking professional development, business consulting, or individuals with specific questions about sex and relationships. Please note that these sessions will be available on a discretionary basis to individual clients only. Aleeya will make a professional assessment during the initial session to determine if this format is appropriate for you.
- Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will incur a late fee of 100% of the appointment fee.
